Mobile internet back online

At approximately 4:50 p.m. Kabul time today, mobile internet services came back online. Reports indicate that only mobile networks have been reactivated and that connectivity has been downgraded from 4G to 2G. We can confirm access in Herat, Mazar, and Kabul, with other provinces either already restored or expected to regain service soon.
